TERMS OF SERVICE

General Terms

  • DO NOT claim commissioned piece as your own work

  • DO NOT use my work for anything related to AI image generators, and NFTs

  • Reposting commissioned piece is allowed with credit

  • I have the right to decline your commission request if I believe I could not deliver what you requested

  • I retain the rights to publish commissioned pieces in my personal portfolio, social media, or any other publication media unless requested otherwise

  • Any major changes can only be done during the sketching stage (pose, composition, etc). I will only accept minor changes during the rendering stage

  • Each drawing can take up to 1-4 weeks started from when I send the sketch

  • Feel free to ask for progress updates

Payment/ Refund Policy

  • All prices are in USD via PayPal

  • I will send an invoice via PayPal. Payment is due in full before commission can be started

  • If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage, you'll be refunded 50% of what you've paid

  • No refunds will be provided for any cancellation after the sketching stage

  • You can only receive a full refund if I decide to cancel a commission order myself

  • Free revision up to 3 times. After 3 you will be charged $5 per minor revision
